Lebo Hotane

Lebo Hotane is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, and software development. Currently serving as the Lead Enterprise Architect at Eskom Pension and Provident Fund since January 2021, Lebo has held various leadership roles, including Lead Solutions Architect at Absa Group and Senior Solutions Architect at Vodacom and FNB South Africa. With a strong background in managing development teams and implementing governance protocols, Lebo has successfully overseen complex IT projects and developed architectural standards. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce and an Honors degree in Information Systems from the University of the Western Cape.
