Lungelo Mkhize

Lungelo Mkhize is a seasoned professional in human capital management with extensive experience in organizational development and efficiency. Currently serving as the Talent Development and Organisational Efficiency Partner at Eskom Pension and Provident Fund since October 2021, responsibilities include designing and implementing programs for leadership and professional development. Previously held positions include Human Capital Business Partner at PwC and Manager at Diageo, where focus was on enhancing HR delivery and driving organizational performance. Earlier career roles included HR positions at United National Breweries and Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs, beginning with an administration assistant role in the Department of Education.
