Nowana Sobopha

Nowana Sobopha is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Assistant Portfolio Manager Multi-Manager at Eskom Pension and Provident Fund since March 2022. Prior to this role, Nowana worked as an Investment Analyst at Momentum Investments from February 2018 to March 2022 and held the position of Research Analyst at Novare Actuaries & Consultants from November 2015 to December 2017. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Analyst at STANLIB Multi-Manager and as an Analyst at Empowerdex. Nowana began a career in equity research as an Equity Research Analyst at Thebe Stockbroking from January 2008 to June 2012. Nowana holds a BCom Hons in Management Accounting from UNISA and a BCom in Accounting and Finance from the University of Johannesburg, as well as credentials from the CFA Institute.
