Pancy Mogotsi

Pancy Mogotsi is an experienced professional in operations and financial management with a diverse background in various accounting and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Acting Operations Manager at Eppf Services SA since March 2024, responsibilities include claims management and process engineering. Pancy has held the position of Pension Administration Manager at Eskom Pension and Provident Fund since April 2006 and worked as a Group Financial Accountant at Munich Re from August 2003 to March 2006. Previous roles include Investment Accountant at PPS and Project Accountant at the Department of Home Affairs, as well as Assistant Accountant at BLGK Bate. Pancy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Certificate in Managing and Leading People from Wits Business School, and a certification in Compliance from the Compliance Institute of South Africa.
