Tom Campanile is an experienced executive with a distinguished career in the food industry. Currently serving as President and CEO of The Essential Baking Company since January 2010, Tom previously held the roles of President and CEO at Oberto Sausage Company until April 2010, and Director of Operations at Columbus Distributing/Manufacturing Corporation from 1990 to 1992. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at Sara Lee/Gallo Salami Division from 1984 to 1990 and Operations Manager/Plant Manager at Del Monte Foods from 1975 to 1984. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Florida International University, where studies were completed between 1972 and 1974.
