Angie Layfield

Angie Layfield, NHA/CDAL, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Estates at Carpenters, beginning in April 2024. Prior to this role, Angie held positions including Interim Health Care Administrator at MedBest Recruiting and Executive Director at Westminster Communities of Florida. Angie has extensive experience in executive leadership roles, including Executive Director at Blake Management Group and multiple positions at Life Care Services, where responsibilities ranged from Executive Director to Regional Operations Manager. Early career experiences include roles as Quality Life Coordinator at Erickson Living and Group Leader/Associate Director at the Adult Health and Development Program. Angie holds a Masters Certificate in Long Term Health Care Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business, a Master’s in Applied Gerontology from Towson University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Maryland.
