Angelo Cafaro is a seasoned professional in data science and project management, currently serving at the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) since September 2020. Previous experience includes project management roles at SiGrade SpA and Amadeus IT Group, where Angelo coordinated complex projects focusing on software solutions and IT security. Angelo has held postdoctoral research positions at Sorbonne Universités and CNRS-LTCI Télécom ParisTech, managing EU and French-funded research projects, supervising students, and teaching programming courses.
