Andrew Flores

Andrew Flores has over a decade of experience in various roles within non-profit and religious organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Engagement at The Evangelical Alliance Mission since April 2019, Andrew has previously held positions such as Church Engagement Manager and HR Assistant. Prior experience includes customer service supervision at Moody Publishers, where responsibilities involved resolving customer concerns and communication with constituents. As a Mobilizer for Greater Europe Mission, Andrew focused on recruiting for internships and developing training programs, while earlier roles at the same organization included managing support for global workers and training local believers. Andrew's foundational experience also includes administrative support at Wheaton Bible Church, emphasizing crisis management and event organization. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Moody Bible Institute.
