Chelsea Rosales is an experienced educator with a strong background in curriculum development and social studies instruction. Currently serving as an Upper Division Teacher at The Evergreen School, Chelsea has developed an innovative, student-centered social studies curriculum focused on social-emotional learning and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior experience includes roles as District Curriculum Developer and Middle School Humanities Teacher at Richardson Independent School District, where Chelsea designed a Mexican American Studies course and conducted audits to create an inclusive K-12 social studies curriculum. Chelsea's earlier work as a Resident Teacher included fostering equity-focused classroom environments and conducting action research on bilingual education. An accomplished educational professional, Chelsea holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Yale University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in American History at Pace University.
