Jeff Xia is the Vice President of Data Science and Enterprise Analytics at The Exchange, a position held since 2020, after serving as Director of Data Science and Customer Analytics from 2015 to 2020. Prior to joining The Exchange, Jeff held various roles in the analytics field, including Senior Manager of Analytics/Data Science at Hilton Worldwide and Project Manager of Marketing Analytics at Discover Financial Services. Jeff began their career as an Analyst in Statistical Modeling at United Airlines and advanced to Assistant Vice President of Marketing Analytics at Nationstar Mortgage. Jeff earned a BS in Atmospheric Sciences from Nanjing University, an MS in Statistics & Atmospheric Physics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
