Judy Chan is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the construction and property management sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager and Financial Analyst of Capital Development at The Executive Centre since June 2022, Judy previously held the position of Quantity Surveyor at Rider Levett Bucknall from January 2019 to June 2022 and completed a Quantity Surveying Traineeship at Leighton Asia. Early career experience includes roles as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at NL Consultants Ltd, a Building Inspector with Freevision Surveyors Limited, and administrative work with Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited. Judy has also gained experience in customer service roles, such as a Barista at Starbucks Coffee Hong Kong. Currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Arbitration and Disputes Resolution at City University of Hong Kong, Judy also holds a BSc(Hons) in Surveying from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has participated in an outbound exchange program at Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences in Finland.
