Ricky Wells

Ricky Wells has extensive work experience in project management and capital development. Ricky is currently working at The Executive Centre as the Global Head of Capital Development since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Director at The Executive Centre from November 2018 to January 2022. Before joining The Executive Centre, Ricky worked at AECOM as a Senior Associate and Senior Project Manager from November 2016 to November 2018. Ricky also worked as a Project Manager at AECOM from December 2014 to July 2016. Ricky's previous experience includes working as a Project Manager - Consultant at Capita Property and Infrastructure from June 2013 to December 2014. Ricky also worked as a Capital Project Manager at Kensington & Chelsea NHS from July 2010 to June 2013, and as a Project Manager at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust from June 2008 to July 2010.

Ricky Wells completed their education at various institutions over the years. In 2004, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering at Southampton, attaining their degree in 2007. Afterward, from 2010 to 2012, Ricky enrolled at Westminster University and earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. In the same period, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the University of Westminster, completing it by 2014. Most recently, in 2020, Ricky attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), focusing on Real Estate and Economics to enhance their knowledge in that field.
