Earl T. Granger

Earl T. Granger, III currently serves as the Chief Development and Impact Officer at The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) since November 2023. Previously, Granger was the Chief Development Officer and Senior Vice President at The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation from August 2020 to October 2023. Granger has extensive experience in development and admissions roles at institutions including William & Mary, where roles included Associate Vice President for Development, Interim Vice President for Development, and Associate Provost for Enrollment from February 2006 to July 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Associate Director of MBA Admissions at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School and as Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Tufts University. Granger holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy, both from William & Mary.
