L. Michelle Smith, MS, ACC, CPEC, is a distinguished Certified Executive & Personal Coach and Certified Hybrid Instructor/Facilitator at no silos communications llc, with extensive experience in coaching, curriculum development, and leadership training. Smith is an accomplished author and keynote speaker, with notable works including "Call & Response: 10 Leadership Lessons from the Black Church," set for release in Winter 2026, and "Yes Please! 7 Ways to Say I'm Entitled to the C-Suite," published in June 2023. As the creator, executive producer, and host of The Culture Soup Podcast®, Smith has garnered a significant international audience.
