Sarah Schwab

Sarah Schwab has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Sarah is the Founder & CEO of The Experience Accelerator, a company that utilizes cognitive research and digital technologies to enhance leadership development. Sarah also served as the Director General of Les Roches, Global Hospitality Education, where they focused on developing leaders in the hospitality industry. Sarah was a Partner at Decision Strategies International, a consulting firm specializing in helping leaders and organizations become more strategic and adaptive. Additionally, Sarah worked as a General Manager at Thunderbird School of Global Management, where they implemented innovative learning approaches and expanded the school's impact in various sectors. Sarah has also held leadership positions at Corporate Executive Board and Clarisay, gaining expertise in guiding multinational companies through change and growth. Currently, Sarah is an Associate Faculty at Eller Executive Education and Chief Learning Officer at VR4Business, where they contribute their knowledge and skills in the field of learning and development.

Sarah Schwab earned a Bachelor of Science degree in French & Linguistics from Aston University, where they attended from 1986 to 1990. Later, they pursued an International MBA in Operations at the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 1997 to 1998.
