Dolly Konzelmann possesses extensive experience in customer experience and service management, with current roles at The Experience Advisors as an Advisory member since April 2014. Previously, Dolly served as President of Cutting Edjj Consulting from August 2000 to September 2023, where a range of customized training programs were developed to enhance customer service across various industries. Leadership skills were further demonstrated as President of the International Customer Service Association - Toronto Chapter, from 1990 to March 2014, transforming the chapter into Canada's largest customer service association. Additionally, Dolly has held significant positions, such as Director of Client Service at The Law Society of Upper Canada and Customer Service Manager at Canada Post Corporation. Educational background includes a degree from the University of Toronto acquired between 1982 and 1987.
