Judith D'Souza is a seasoned learning and instructional design professional with extensive experience in developing training programs across various industries. Currently serving as Learning Manager at The Experience Advisors, Judith previously held the position of Senior Instructional Designer at Unity, focusing on technical onboarding for new hires. Judith's experience at Walmart Canada involved designing blended learning programs for store associates, while roles at EY and Accenture included creating e-learning and classroom training tailored to client needs. Judith holds a Master of Management Studies in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Mumbai.
