Tom Larance

Tom Larance is an accomplished leader in the experience management industry, currently serving as President & CEO of The Experience Group since January 2024, where the focus is on reimagining spaces and services for diverse audiences. Prior to this role, Tom Larance was Head of Experience Management at JLL from March 2019 to February 2023, overseeing over 200 onsite concierge professionals and enhancing tenant engagement. Before JLL's acquisition of Corporate Concierge Services, which Tom Larance founded in 2001 and led as President & CEO, the foundation of Tom Larance's career included directing LaSalle Concierge Services at Jones Lang LaSalle and working as a Public Relations Associate at Goodman Theatre. Tom Larance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with an emphasis in Marketing & Advertising from Eastern Kentucky University and has further academic experience from King's College London.
