Guidance, Navigation and Control Engineer at The Exploration Company

Antoine Pallois has a diverse work experience ranging from military service to research. In 2015, they served as a Deputy Platoon Lieutenant for the Armée de Terre. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an English Oral Examiner for the Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche. In 2017, they were a Visiting Associate for The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In 2018, they were a Visiting Research Scholar at the University of California San Diego. Since 2019, they have been working at MBDA as a Guidance, Navigation and Control Engineer, Aerodynamics Engineer, and an intern where they applied various approaches to achieve multi-agent cooperative guidance by using techniques expanding from Dynamic Programming and Differential Game Theories to Reinforcement Learning. In 2022, they will be a Guidance, Navigation and Control Engineer for The Exploration Company.

Antoine Pallois began their educational journey in 2002 at the British Section of the Lycée International, where they obtained a Baccalauréat option internationale Britannique (OIB) in the scientific field of Mathematics in 2013. Antoine then attended Lycée Sainte-Geneviève in 2015, where they completed classes préparatoires in Physics and Chemistry. In the same year, they also attended the Ecole Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr to study military strategy and leadership. From 2015 to 2019, they attended the École Polytechnique and obtained an Ingénieur de l'École polytechnique degree. Antoine then attended ISAE-SUPAERO from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained an Ingénieur de l'ISAE-SUPAERO degree. In 2020, they obtained a FCL.055 IFR Level 6 certification from the Direction Generale de l'Aviation Civile. In 2021, they began attending the Institut Aéronautique Jean MERMOZ to obtain a Theoretical Airline Transport Pilot License ATPL(A) and is expected to complete the program in 2022.
