Lucrezia Veggi

Lucrezia Veggi serves as the Deputy Chief Engineer at The Exploration Company since August 2023, with additional roles as Nyx Earth System Principal Engineer and Demonstrators Senior System Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Flying Fuel Cell Cooling-Line Integrator at MTU Aero Engines and as Head of Engine Integration at Isar Aerospace, where responsibilities encompassed the design and coordination of rocket engine systems, engine control logic development, and integration of propulsion systems. Lucrezia also held the position of Propulsion Engineer, focusing on turbomachinery development, and contributed to research at Technische Universität München as a PhD Researcher Assistant, developing tools for turbopump design and conducting CFD analyses. Early career experiences include a master's thesis at Rolls-Royce and an internship at ArianeGroup. Lucrezia holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, supplemented by foundational education at Deutsche Schule Genua.
