Najwa NAIMY

Najwa Naimy has worked in the aerospace industry since 2012. Najwa began their career as a Design Office Engineer Intern at Dassault Falcon Jet in 2012, where they worked on Business Development and Maintenance projects. In 2014, they joined ArianeGroup as a Design Office Engineer Intern - Advanced Projects. Najwa then moved into a Program Manager role for Multi-launch Solutions, where they contributed to the obtention of a major dispensers contract and built and led a team to execute the contract. Najwa also held Technical Leader and Structural Dynamics Engineer roles for Future Launchers and Ariane 5 and Ariane 6 respectively. In 2022, they joined The Exploration Company as Lead Vehicle Design & Product Strategy, where they are leading the vehicle design team and is the technical focal point interfacing with the launch service providers and customers.

Najwa Naimy has a comprehensive educational background. Najwa completed a Bachelor's degree with distinction from Lycée Clémenceau, Reims in 2008. Najwa also completed two Masters degrees in engineering, one in Aerospace and Aeronautical engineering from CentraleSupélec in 2014 and one in Mechanical Engineering from ISAE-Supméca – Institut supérieur de mécanique de Paris in 2014. Additionally, they completed Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles d'ingénieur (MP) from Lycée Clémenceau, Reims in 2010.
