Pierre Faucoup

Pierre Faucoup has a long and varied work experience. Pierre started their career in 1997 at Astrium, where they held the roles of Head of Defense Projects Division - Earth Observation Satellites and Head of French Defence Strategy and Business Development. In 2000, they moved to Direction générale de l'armement, where they were Head of Délégué Général pour l'Armement cabinet office. In 2012, they joined Airbus as Head of Sales & Contracts - Directeur Commercial. In 2016, they moved to ArianeGroup as VP Head of Defense Marketing, Sales & Contracts. In 2017, they were appointed Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at CILAS. Most recently, in 2022, they joined The Exploration Company as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Pierre Faucoup's education history includes attending the IHEDN 58ème Session Nationale from 2005 to 2006, Grenoble INP - UGA from 1991 to 1992 for a degree in Ingénierie des télécommunications, and ENSTA Bretagne from 1988 to 1992.
