Lonnie Hackney has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.
Starting in 2006, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator for both Onesti Entertainment and Northwest Suburban Alliance for Commerce and Industry (NSACI).
In 2010, they became a Marketing Director for Wilson's Home Improvement, where they developed a competitive positioning strategy and integrated marketing programs.
From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Marketing Specialist for Tablecraft Products Company, relaunching the brand on social media platforms and collaborating with different marketing channels.
In 2015, they joined Idealease Inc as a Marketing & Brand Manager, providing sales support and creating a dealer recognition program.
From 2017 to 2018, they were a Marketing Manager for Pure Water Technology - PHSI, driving marketing and sales strategies and launching innovative campaigns.
In 2019, they worked as an Indirect Marketing Manager for Quench USA, Inc, developing and executing digital and traditional marketing strategies.
Later in 2019, they became a Marketing/Learning & Development Manager for BCI Acrylic Inc., focusing on digital marketing, marketing operations, and customer engagement strategies. They also briefly held the role of Digital Marketing Manager at the same company.

Lonnie Hackney completed a Professional Business Writing Certificate at the DePaul Driehaus College of Business in 2016. Prior to that, Lonnie also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising from The Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago between 2002 and 2005.
