Tom Fox

Tom Fox serves as the President and Chief Financial Officer of Malwarebytes since April 2018, overseeing all general and administrative functions for a prominent SaaS provider in the cloud-native endpoint security space with approximately $250 million in subscription annual recurring revenue. Tom holds board membership at ZYYAH and is a founding member of The F Suite, an exclusive community for CFOs. Previously, Tom was the Chief Financial Officer at Angi, responsible for various financial and strategic functions, and held significant roles at HERE Technologies and NAVTEQ, contributing to both operational growth and investor relations. Tom's finance expertise is further supported by prior experience in investment banking and equity research, along with an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
