Dharmesh Shah

Dharmesh Shah is an advisor at The Factual and the founder and former CEO of Pyramid Digital Solutions.

Shah began their career as a software developer at SunGard Employee Benefit Systems from April 1992 to April 1994. Dharmesh then went on to found Pyramid Digital Solutions, an enterprise software startup in the financial services sector, which they led as CEO from April 1994 to August 2005. Under Shah's leadership, Pyramid was acquired by SunGard Business Systems in August 2005.

After leaving SunGard, Shah founded OnStartups.com, a website and online community for entrepreneurs. Dharmesh ran OnStartups.com until 2013, when they joined The Factual as an advisor.

Dharmesh Shah graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a B.S. in Computer Science. Dharmesh then went on to earn their M.S. in Management of Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition, Dharmesh Shah holds a certification from HubSpot in Inbound Certification.
