Nicola Rudman

Nicola Rudman has significant experience in architectural and financial sectors, currently serving as Associate Director, Strategic Business Development Manager, and Finance Manager at Fairhurst Architects, part of the Bond Bryan Group, since May 2008. Between March 2022 and June 2023, Nicola held the position of 2022-2023 NW Chair of the Association of Women in Property North West, leading the branch and representing its values at a national level. Previous roles include Accountant at Cruickshank and Seward Limited and Management Accountant at Britannia Healthcare Limited, following an earlier position as Accounts Assistant at Carlsberg Group. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, earned between 1991 and 1994.
