Cindy Williams

Cindy began her career in not-for-profit at the Virginia Home for Boys. She has a passion for the not-for-profit industry and brings to Faison over twenty-five years of experience in business, finance, human resources, and technology.

The Faison Center is an important resource for the Richmond area and the families served. Everyone is committed to serving our population and it shows in the success of the organization. It is one of the reasons Cindy was drawn to it. Being a part of Faison brings her back to her roots – an organization dedicated to the individuals and families served to set them on the path to future success.

Cindy has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business. She is a member of SHRM. Cindy gives back to her community by serving on the board of not-for-profits and volunteering.
