Rosemary O'Steen

Rosemary O'Steen has over 15 years of experience in human resources, primarily as a VP of Human Resources. Rosemary started their career in 2008 at Fort Lee Federal Credit Union, where they developed and implemented HR strategies and policies and collaborated with consultants to create an executive coaching program. In 2020, they joined Argent Federal Credit Union, where they played a key role in transforming the HR department into a strategic business partner. Currently, they are the VP of Administration at The Faison Center.

Rosemary O'Steen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Bluefield University from 2006 to 2009. Rosemary also completed the SHRM Certification Program in Management & Leadership at the University of Richmond.
