James Trynosky, PE has over 19 years of work experience in engineering roles. James started their career in 2002 as a Mechanical Engineer at Chu and Gassman Consulting Engineers, where they worked until 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at AECOM. In 2012, they joined The Falcon Group as a Senior Engineer and later became the Executive Vice President - MEP/Energy Services in February 2015. James has held this position since then.

James Trynosky, PE has a Master of Engineering (ME) degree in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. James also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marine Engineering and Shipyard Management from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, which they completed from 1998 to 2002. In terms of certifications, James has obtained the following: Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers in June 2024, Accredited AHERA Inspector from Rutgers School of Public Health in October 2023, NJ Certified Benchmarker from NJ Clean Energy Learning Center in 2023, and Professional Engineer licenses from various institutions, including the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers in June 2016.
