Charlotte Kopp has a diverse work experience across various industries. In 1994, they started their own business, Charlotte's Catering, where they worked as the owner. From 1995 to 2005, they also worked as a Middle School Teacher and Tutor in North Carolina and South Carolina Public and Private Schools. In 2015, they joined Markabull Print & Promo as a Business Development Manager, and later in the same year, they worked as a Sales Associate - PT at Vineyard Vines. In 2016, they joined Cotton Bar as a Corporate Business Development Manager. Currently, since 2018, they work at The Family Business Institute as a Business Development Manager for CEO Performance Roundtables & Contractor Business Boot Camps and as a Business Development Manager.
Charlotte Kopp completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree at Peace College from 1989 to 1991. Charlotte then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Middle Grades Education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 1992 to 1994.
