Jocelyn Mourning

Jocelyn Mourning serves as the Vice President of Advancement at The Family Conservancy, where responsibilities include providing leadership and strategic direction for the organization’s development goals, identifying diverse funding sources, and collaborating with the President/CEO and the Board of Directors to achieve fundraising objectives. Prior to this role, Jocelyn worked at Individual Assurance Company as a Senior Sales Development Specialist, focusing on premium and sales growth for corporate accounts, and as a Professional Sales Advisor, interacting with regional banks and training financial organizations on insurance products. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Fundraising from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and International Studies from Kansas State University.
