Kristen Hoover

Kristen Hoover is a Developmental Therapist at The Family Guidance and Therapy Center. Kristen has previous experience working as a Student Services Intern at The Preuss School UCSD and as a Wellness Peer Educator at University of California, San Diego Counseling and Psychological Services. Kristen has also worked as a Sales Associate at Tillys. Kristen is passionate about helping others and making a difference in their community.

Kristen Hoover has a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences. Kristen also has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from UC San Diego, and an Associate of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Irvine Valley College.

They work with Caleb Galvez - Developmental Therapist, Ziara Campos - POD coordinator--Developmental Therapist, and Laurel Green - Developmental Therapist. Kristen Hoover reports to Sydney Miyabara, Mentorship Program Coordinator and Developmental Therapist.
