Cheryl Croll

Cheryl Croll has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Cheryl has held various leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources at The Family Institute at Northwestern University, where they were responsible for the overall strategic direction of the HR function. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, where they managed the full HR function for the Illinois branch. Cheryl also worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Community Counseling Centers of Chicago, where they oversaw all aspects of HR. Cheryl began their career at PharMEDium Healthcare, where they played a key role in developing the HR infrastructure for the start-up pharmaceutical company.
