Marta Bahriy

Marta Bahriy has a range of work experience in various roles and organizations. Marta most recently worked at The Family Institute at Northwestern University as the Senior Director of Growth Strategy and Operations. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Operations at the same institution. Previously, Marta worked at University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics as the Outpatient Services Manager for Men's Health and also served as an Administrative Fellow. Marta also worked as a Project Manager in the Perioperative and Interventional Services department at Rush University Medical Center. Marta has experience in healthcare management and analysis, having worked as a Business Analyst at Northwestern Medicine, where they collected and analyzed data to identify areas for improvement and generated individual physician P&L statements. Marta also had an internship in healthcare management at Northwestern Medicine. Earlier in their career, Marta worked as an HR Project Coordinator at Northwestern University Human Resources and as a Research Assistant at the American Cancer Society's Summer High School Research Program.

Marta Bahriy's education history begins with their attendance at Lane Tech College Prep from 2004 to 2008, where they did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree at Northwestern University from 2008 to 2012, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Business Institutions. Marta's educational journey continued at Rush University from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Systems Management.
