Jerica Ortiz-Lipowski

Jerica Ortiz-Lipowski holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Albertus Magnus College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Connecticut State University. Currently serving as an Assistant Human Resources Business Partner at the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services since February 2021, Jerica also holds the position of HRBP Generalist 3 with the State of Connecticut since August 2019. Additionally, Jerica has extensive experience as a Training Manager and Recruiter & Training Specialist at PFP Services since November 2013, where responsibilities include marketing and full-cycle recruiting. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Personal Banker at Bank of America and a Trusted Agent at Lockheed Martin.
