Nancy Sylvester

Nancy Sylvester is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, development, and recruiting. Since 1998, Nancy has served as the Vice President of Training & Development & Recruiting at PFP Services, focusing on connecting talent to the organization and fostering employee growth. Prior to this role, Nancy held the position of Vice President of Training and Development at Swiss Army Brands/Victornox from September 1993 to November 1997, and worked as a Sales Coordinator. Nancy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Corporate Communication from Southern Connecticut State University.
