Raven Moore has extensive experience in the customer service and sales training sectors, currently serving as Vice President Manager of MBC at PFP Services since March 2004. Raven has held various positions within the company, including Assistant Vice President and Manager of MBC and Hybrid, where responsibilities include planning and executing training programs for associates and analyzing training needs for the sales force. Prior experience includes work as a Sales Agent, where application intake for customers was conducted, and as a Receptionist at Healey Ford Lincoln Mercury. Raven holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from Albertus Magnus College, supplemented by education from The University of Connecticut and Ansonia High School.
