Tim Carden

Tim Carden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public finance and nonprofit management. As the Executive Director of The Family Success Institute since April 2020, Tim has championed community-based Family Success Networks to support families in raising their children. Concurrently, as Managing Partner at The P5 Group, LLC, since November 2018, Tim has focused on enhancing public enterprises through innovative partnerships. Previously, Tim held leadership roles at Public Financial Management, Scott Balice Strategies, and Public Private Initiatives, leading efforts in public-private partnership development and management. Tim's career in investment banking began at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where a specialization in public finance was established. Tim earned a B.A. in Government from Harvard University and attended Milton Academy.
