Taryn Marino has extensive work experience in the banking and retail sectors. Taryn started their career at Target in 2004 as a Customer Service Team Leader. From there, they joined maurices in 2007 as an Assistant Store Manager. In 2006, Taryn joined The State Bank and Trust Company as a Customer Service Specialist II, where they served as a Branch Supervisor until 2014. Taryn then moved to Farmers & Merchants State Bank in Archbold, OH, where they held two positions. From 2014 to 2019, they were an Assistant Vice President and Community Relationship Banker, and since February 2019, they have been serving as a Senior Vice President and Retail Banking Manager.

Taryn Marino's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Owens Community College. Taryn completed their Associate's of Arts degree in Communications in 2006. Following this, they enrolled at Adrian College in 2006 and obtained their Bachelor's of Arts degree in Communication in 2008. In 2019, Taryn Marino began attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they pursued a Certificate of Executive Leadership. Taryn completed this program in 2022. Additionally, during this period, they also enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is expected to complete their studies in 2022.
