Shady Mokhtar

Shady Mokhtar is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in strategy and business development. Currently, Shady serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer at The Fashion Kingdom since June 2023. Prior to this role, Shady was the CEO of Opio from May 2017 to June 2023, where Shady oversaw operations and growth. Shady's career also includes a substantial tenure at EgySwiss Holding from May 2005 to May 2017, where responsibilities included Managing Director positions for both the Egyptian Company for Food Industries and Cooling (ECFC) and EgySwiss Trading Company (ETC), in addition to roles as Group Head of Marketing and Group Head of Human Resources. Shady began the professional journey as a Marketing Manager at EgySwiss Food Company from May 2005 to January 2008. In terms of education, Shady earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The American University in Cairo in 2014.
