Anne O'Shaughnessy

AVP & Communications Director, Fed Communities Project at The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland

Anne O'Shaughnessy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Anne started their career as a Freelance writer with the marketing communications team at National City in 1994. From there, they joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland in 2008 as a Project Manager for the Community Development team. In this role, they managed communication projects related to issues affecting access to credit for low- and moderate-income communities. In 2016, they were promoted to Manager, Multimedia and Editorial Services, where they led a creative services team responsible for producing and sharing online content on economic research, regional analyses, and financial education materials. Currently, Anne holds the position of AVP & Communications Director for the Fed Communities Project at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.

Anne O'Shaughnessy attended Western Reserve Academy from 1976 to 1980, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Anne then enrolled at Northwestern University from 1980 to 1984 and earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in English Language and Literature.
