Becky Bristol

Becky Bristol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product strategy, user experience, and customer engagement, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Strategy at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland since October 2018. Previous roles include Senior Manager for Customer and User Experience and Tax Modernization at the Federal Reserve Bank, Lead User & Customer Experience at Medical Mutual, and Associate Manager of Architecture and Experience at OEConnection. Becky has a strong background in user-centered design, having held positions such as UX Product Manager at American Greetings Interactive and Image Manager at the Cleveland Museum of Art.
