Christine Hrovat

Christine Hrovat, PHR, CCP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Christine began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame & Museum in 2000, where they worked until 2002. Following that, they joined Ohio Savings Bank as a Compensation Analyst II, from October 2002 to October 2004. In 2004, Christine joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and worked in various roles, including Senior Compensation Analyst from October 2004 to June 2017, Total Rewards Supervisor from July 2017 to December 2018, Senior Manager of Total Rewards from January 2019 to May 2021, and Assistant Vice President of Total Rewards and People Analytics from May 2021 to January 2024. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.

Christine Hrovat, PHR, CCP earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from John Carroll University from 1996 to 2000.
