Kelly Hugick

Kelly Hugick currently serves as the Manager of Customer Support for Treasury Services at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland since August 2021. Prior to this role, Kelly was the Sales Director at City Wide Facility Solutions of Cleveland, leading new business development and training teams on effective selling techniques. At Dealer Tire, extensive experience included positions such as Learning and Development Manager, where content was defined and training programs facilitated, and Manager of Carline Services, overseeing a call center team. Earlier roles at Dealer Tire included Project Manager for Sales Operations and Account Manager, achieving notable sales success. Kelly's career began at Enterprise Holdings Inc., launching the commercial trucks division in Northeast Ohio. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Communications was obtained from Baldwin Wallace University.
