Lisa Mitchell

Lisa Mitchell is an accomplished Senior Business System Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland since April 2021. Prior experience includes founding and developing American Serenade Coffees & Teas into a nationally recognized brand from October 2014 to July 2023. As PMO Manager at Metlife Legal from November 2019 to April 2021, Lisa established a project management office team and developed project lifecycle methodologies. Additional roles include Director of IT Delivery and Scrum Master at EnvisionRxOptions, where Agile methodologies were employed for strategic IT initiatives, and Project Director at Plow, overseeing client implementation projects. Lisa's career began at XO Communications, where the first IT Delivery organization was created, bringing structure to the IT department. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
