Lou DiGiandomenico began their career as an Investment Assistant at Stifel Nicolaus in 2005. From there, they worked as a Senior Balance Sheet Analyst at Bank of America from 2006 to 2008. They then joined KeyCorp as a Sr. Compensation Analyst from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they became a Sr. Compensation Analyst at Sony Pictures Entertainment from 2012 to 2014. Currently, Lou is employed at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, where they have held various roles including Sr. Compensation Analyst, Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and currently serve as the Total Rewards and Analytics Lead.
Lou DiGiandomenico obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Miami University from 2002 to 2006. In 2011 to 2012, they also completed a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Global Business and Marketing at Cleveland State University. In 2021, Lou attended John Carroll University's Data Analytics Edge Tech Bootcamp, specializing in Data Analytics & Visualization. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Cultural Humility and Agility, as well as Equity First: The Path to Inclusion and Belonging, both from LinkedIn in 2022.
