Tom Zovko

Tom Zovko has extensive experience in technology and business management, currently serving as the Site Reliability Lead and Technical Support Lead at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland since January 2004, where responsibilities include the management of critical infrastructure and systems. Prior to this role, Tom Zovko worked at Accenture from January 1997 to January 2004 as a Business Process Manager, Consultant, Trainer, and Product Specialist, overseeing full SDLC responsibilities for clients' information systems. Tom Zovko also has a background in academia, having served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Cincinnati from 1994 to 1997, where field research studies were conducted and undergraduate classes were taught. Tom Zovko holds an M.B.A. with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, as well as an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati.
