Ajay Bora

Ajay Bora is a highly experienced software developer and consultant with a strong background in full stack development, Kafka, and cloud migration. Currently serving as a Lead Kafka/Java Full Stack Developer at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Ajay is focused on migrating legacy frameworks to AWS Cloud and developing new REST APIs. Prior to this role, Ajay was a Senior Kafka/Java Software Engineer at BNY Mellon, where responsibilities included reverse engineering .NET applications and converting them into microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Additional experience spans positions at Scholastic, Western Union, AT&T Labs, ISO New England, and the New Hampshire Department of Safety, contributing to various projects across different domains, including mobile network planning, real-time data delivery, and in vitro diagnostics. Ajay holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
