Andrew Chang is an accomplished technology executive with over three decades of experience in managing and supporting complex technology infrastructures within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since August 2014, Andrew leads initiatives related to cloud migrations, infrastructure engineering, and enterprise change management. Previously, Andrew held pivotal roles at SunGard (now part of FIS), where responsibilities included managing teams for post-trade derivative clearing and messaging solutions, as well as client services. Andrew's experience spans various leadership positions in technology management at CIBC, focusing on technology strategy, budgeting, and operational risk management within Capital Markets. Holding an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University and a BA in Chemistry from Drew University, Andrew has cultivated a strong foundation in both technical and managerial aspects of financial technologies.
