Bernadette Russell

Bernadette Maguire Russell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial technology and application development. Currently serving as Chief Product Owner and Assistant Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since August 2011, Bernadette is responsible for the solution delivery and maintenance of the Fedwire Securities application, managing significant financial transactions averaging daily volumes of $1 trillion. Previously, Bernadette held key roles at NYSE, including Senior Director and Senior Manager, overseeing software delivery for regulatory compliance systems and managing a substantial budget and a large team of developers. Bernadette holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BA in Computer Science from Iona University.
